QCA Mission: Effectively manage, facilitate, and support scholarships to provide greater value for Students. It is our responsibility to ensure that scholarship students receive a high-quality education in leading universities in the United States and Canada. We aim to provide all necessary support to enable them to concentrate on their educational accomplishments.
