Thank you to the organizers of iQuHACK 2025, Massachusetts Institute of Technology annual quantum hackathon! Our participants at University of California, Davis had an absolute blast! Our in-person team - Jeanette Simo, Rishi Seri, Justin Oliver, Arvind Tawker, and Jonathan Varghese - tackled Alice & Bob's challenge about simulating the dynamics of a cat qubit. Our remote team Dinesh Nagulapati, Jonathan Wu, Jacob Tkeio, Jenny Q., Manoj Devaraja, and Carlos Paredes - took on Quantum Rings' quantum factorization challenge to factor increasingly larger semiprime integers using pure quantum algorithms. We'd especially like to thank Alice & Bob and Quantum Rings for providing such engaging and fun projects, along with David Schlegel and Victor Kerros for being such patient and helpful mentors. Special shout-out to John Long, it was great seeing one of our founding members again! We learned a lot and can't wait for next year's iQuHACK MIT iQuISE! Check out our work on GitHub.
