'KUKIMI,' meaning 'It’s up to me' in Zulu, represents more than a mindset shift — it’s a powerful call to action. This program is designed to replace assumptions with facts and reappraising situations to make the best decisions.? Over an intense three-day journey, we experienced a roller coaster of high energy, deep engagement, moments of doubt, personal breakthroughs, and the formation of new connections. During the workshop, our project team had the opportunity to present a pitch on a challenging business topic that we’ll be focusing till the end of the training program. Our HBPS workshop focused on substituting tedious analysis, chaotic problem-solving, and unstructured lengthy presentations with structured hypothesis-based problem solving and concise storyline presentations. The core of this workshop involved a dynamic group of high-potential individuals who participated in a rigorous two-day session filled with experiential learning and valuable insights.
