Last week, I attended the Annual Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association (RCPA) Conference in #Hershey, PA where I was able to meet Healthcare Industry Heavyweights: Pictured here are Fady Sahhar, PhD and Director of the Physical Disabilities & Aging Division of RCPA, Juliet Marsala Deputy Secretary of the Office of Long-Term Living, Department of Human Services (DHS), Anna Keith, Vice President of LTSS at PA Health & Wellness, Centene Corporation, Dr. Larry Appel, SFHM Medical Director, DHS, and Dr. Jennifer Dragoun, Senior Medical Director of UPMC Health Plan. In this session, Juliet reviewed OLTL department-based updates, objectives, and priorities for our 2024/2025 fiscal year, Anna discussed the importance of value-based partnerships, Dr. Appel and Dr. Dragoun reviewed the Women's Health Initiative and using data to drive better results, and Dr. Dragoun concluded with a review of their Fall Risk Reduction Initiative and results. ? ?
