Hershey Medical Center 3rd Floor Renovation Phase II project has been awarded the Project of the Year at the 2024 ABC Keystone Excellence in Construction Awards gala held last evening. Pyramid was also awarded an Excellence Award for the Lebanon Valley College Nursing and Intradisciplinary Health Education Building and a Merit Award for the Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. - HRG Home Office Space Utilization. Congratulations to TLC Construction & Renovations LLC on the ribbon-cutting at their affordable housing development last Friday. Pyramid is honored to have partnered with Tarik Casteel to bring his long waited dream…to reality. The years-long effort has realized the construction of 50 low income housing units that will make a much needed dent for this kind of housing in Harrisburg city. Project Update - Cornwall Manor Clubhouse at The Woods: currently roof framing and exterior sheathing are progressing while interior framing has begun. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins will begin next week, along with the completion of the geothermal wells. Roofing and window installation is up next. It is exciting to see the progress and we are looking forward to seeing how this project will enhance the amenities for the residents of the Cornwall Manor community.
