PwC’s Women in Work Index 2025 ranks Switzerland 20th among 33 OECD countries, showing improvement. Yet, the data reveals persistent challenges: ? 80.4% of women are employed, but only 60.7% work full-time ? The gender pay gap remains at 18%, still above the OECD average of 13.1% ? While more women are in the workforce, many remain in part-time roles, limiting career growth and financial security Switzerland has taken steps forward, but achieving true workplace equality requires continued commitment and concrete actions. ??
