Although the Chesapeake location couldn’t perform the necessary repairs, the team quickly coordinated with Lee’s Virginia Beach store, where he was ready and waiting for the customer’s arrival. After completing the service, the car continued to experience issues, but Lee’s dedication and problem-solving didn’t stop there. He personally diagnosed the problem, stayed past closing time, and arranged for a replacement part to be picked up and installed all to ensure the customer could get back on the road safely. Fans got the first look at the 2025 paint scheme for Joey Logano’s No. 22 Team Penske Ford Mustang, tested their skills on racing simulators, and took home some great giveaways. Regional Manager Inayah Jenkins summed up the excitement, saying the highlight was meeting Joey Logano and seeing how down-to-earth he is. ‘It was pretty cool to chat with a three-time NASCAR champion—and he even signed my hat! The virtual racing was a blast, and even though we were super busy, the energy and excitement made it all worth it. It was an amazing experience all around.’ From racing action to unforgettable moments, this stop set the tone for an exciting Pennzoil 400 season!

Late last year one of our team members at store 2712, Josh Maxwell, was recognized with the most incredible letter sent directly to the President of Jiffy Lube International. The female customer had a flat tire after dark on a cold rainy night and managed to make it to a Jiffy Lube store a little after closing. Josh jumped right in and took care of everything much to the surprise of the customer. She had called her father when it happened and he also arrived and offered to pay Josh for his kindness, to which he replied no thanks, just happy to help. In the customers words, I felt like he was an angel sent to teach me a life lesson! I want you to know what an excellent employee you have in Josh. He deserves to be employee of the year!” ? Josh, from all of us at PVA thank you for taking care of our customer and for making her a loyal one for life! We have decided to introduce a new award at PVA called “The Extra Mile Award”. Josh will be the first recipient of this award.
