Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to participate in the career fair with Put Tools in Schools at Rocky River High School. With over 600 students in attendance, we showcased the daily work we do at Precision Plumbing and shared insights on what it's like to be part of our team. These events are fantastic opportunities to show students that there are multiple pathways to success after high school beyond the traditional four-year university route. A career in the trades offers immense potential for growth and fulfillment. Together with Put Tools In Schools we allows students to experience firsthand what it's like to work in the trades. However, we can't do it alone. We need the industry to step up and demonstrate to these students the vast career opportunities available without a four-year diploma. Let's ensure each student has the greatest chance of finding success after high school, no matter which path they choose. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this event a success.
