Last week, Chef Luis joined Pursuit Center residents Jalen, Ira, and Clifton to prepare a delightful feast. Together, they crafted delicious cheese raviolis served with both tomato and cream sauce, followed by strawberries with chocolate ganache for dessert. It is always exciting to see their creations! The skills our residents develop and the confidence they gain in the kitchen continues to amaze us.
