Meet Shlomi Cohen - one of my most #impactful #career #mentors, and now one of my very best friends. Shlomi was one of the first ones to #believe in me and promote me to a #leadership role in a #public company. When he informed me of the #promotion, I shared with him I was at an early stage of my 2nd #pregnancy. I didn’t want to surprise anyone. I’ll never forget his #immediate reaction: “So?? Let’s do this! I believe in you! When you’ll be out on #maternity leave, we will be right here waiting for you”. He took a real #risk making a bet on me. I owe him so much. He gave me some of the best #advice I ever got. If you know Shlomi, you know he is a tough cookie with a #heart of #gold. One of his best advice to me: “Do not be afraid to take #decisions! #BIG #decisions! And go ahead - make a detailed plan for #HUGE #Results!” I use it every day. Some days bring scary decisions. But we must take them as we must keep #moving #forward, or we’ll be out of the game. Shlomi led #global #teams of hundreds and even thousand of #sales, #marketing, #partnership and #strategy professionals, in some of the world’s leading #tech companies, public and market leaders, including taking 2 #startup companies through #exits. He is a real People’s #leader. Shlomi is off to a new beginning these days. I want to #Cheer for him, for his continued #success and #health ?? #THANK #YOU Shlomi ??
