    Today, Purple Gold Partners celebrates 3 years strong! Typical recruitment firms chase volume - we continue to chase purpose. Weathering a challenging talent market, I’m proud of how we’ve stayed authentic while connecting standout talent to roles that transform companies.     Young men are in crisis: 4x the suicide rates of women, widening education gaps, lives cut short. I took some time away from Purple Gold Partners and brought this urgency to the #NationalMentoringSummit with David Crisafi, LMHP-R in late January, while representing our amazing little organization - L.A.U.N.C.H for Life. We had a packed room (fire code violation!), proving how critical this topic is, why positive role models are essential, and how LAUNCH is moving the needle in our small way. Without positive role models, negative ones take over, often with tragic results. #Youcantbewhatyoucantsee We also spent time on Capitol Hill with Congress advocating to protect federal funding for youth mentoring programs like LAUNCH. That funding that many programs have counted on for years is uncertain. Lives depend on programs like LAUNCH that save lives and build futures. My ask: mentor, volunteer, support LAUNCH or programs like it in your communities, join a board, and/or advocate for our youth (young men and women). They need it now more than ever. ???
