I find it inspiring working with entrepreneurs at the beginning of their careers, whether that be as an investor in early-stage startups or as a mentor and coach to students. ? Since it’s International Women's Day (within?Women’s History Month!)?- and this year’s theme?celebrates the collective strength and influence of women who have dedicated their lives to education, mentorship, and leadership?– I wanted to give a shout out to all the female mentors in my life who believed in me and were influential as I started my own entrepreneurial journey. Their advice, knowledge and support has been invaluable.? ?? When mentoring female?founders, my goal is to empower and encourage them to keep moving forward, even when it feels way harder than it should be. I share my experiences, and the situations I’ve encountered so they can learn from both my?successes?and mistakes. While we've come a long way, my hope is to inspire a more inclusive, equitable and successful environment for these incredible women.
