We are proud to be working on this exciting project with Monmouth University!
March 6, 2025 marked another milestone moment for Monmouth as we celebrated the final beam placement for the future home of the Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music. Scheduled to open in 2026, this donor-funded $48 million, 30,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly building will ensure the rich history of American music is accessible to students, fans, and researchers worldwide. University and the Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music leadership joined partners from Torcon, and COOKFOX Architects, to mark the occasion, with a small group of attendees signing the beam before it was put in place. This moment brings us one step closer to the project’s completion. Learn more about our exciting campus growth at: https://ow.ly/i9Vv50VeIxR

?? Erika Seaver on the Career Advice She’d Give Her Younger Self ?? If you could go back in time, what career advice would you give yourself? For Project Director Erika Seaver, the answer is clear: step outside your comfort zone and embrace the unexpected. “Don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone and try new skills, even if they seem unrelated to your current path. Have confidence in your curiosity, the skills you least expect to be important will keep you adaptable and unlock opportunities you never imagined. And travel, immerse yourself in experiences, cultures and adventures; they will lend themselves to connections with colleagues and clients in ways you won’t imagine.” And the one skill that has helped her achieve success? Being present. “It’s invaluable what you learn from everyone around you.” ? Success isn’t just about following a straight path—it’s about curiosity, adaptability, and presence. The experiences and skills you least expect can be the ones that make the biggest difference. #WICWeek #WICWeek25 #WomeninConstructionWeek2025 #TogetherWeRise

?? Building Success: How Paige Dickinson Stays Ahead in Construction ??♀? Paige Dickinson, Project Manager, shares her secret weapon for staying ahead in the fast-paced world of construction – work smarter, not harder. “Time management is key, so I’m always looking for ways to work smarter, not harder. I see previous work as a resource—‘past’ me has already put in the effort, so ‘future’ me can maximize efficiency. I also make a habit of analyzing what works well for others, continuously refining my approach to be both strategic and creative.” She also shares her perspective on working in construction: “Construction is a massive team effort—it truly takes a village to bring a project from design to completion. There are countless hands involved at every level, each playing a crucial role in making the vision a reality. From the outside, it might seem like construction projects ‘take forever,’ but behind the scenes, it’s a nonstop sprint to the finish line, with teams working tirelessly to meet tight deadlines to deliver a high-quality finished product.” ??? Success in construction isn’t just about hard work—it’s about working smart, collaborating effectively, and staying adaptable in a fast-paced environment. #WICWeek #WICWeek25 #WomeninConstructionWeek2025 #TogetherWeRise

?? Hanna Gold’s Career Advice: The Power of Asking Questions ? Project Manager Hanna Gold shares the game-changing habit that has helped her grow in construction project management: “Don’t be afraid to ask questions! Although it can be uncomfortable to admit that you don’t know something, it’s the best pathway to get everyone aligned as quickly as possible. As the adage goes, other people in the room probably had the same question but were too afraid to ask. It’s a sign of confidence to know what you don’t know, and feel comfortable with asking for clarity when you need it.” ?? Curiosity fuels growth! The most successful professionals aren’t the ones who have all the answers—they’re the ones who aren’t afraid to ask the right questions. #WICWeek #WICWeek25 #WomeninConstructionWeek2025 #TogetherWeRise

??? Megan Lamontagne on Leading Transformative Projects ?? Project Manager Megan Lamontagne reflects on one of the most rewarding milestones of her career: ? “Managing the transformative project that converted a Sears location into a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Care Facility—offering services ranging from radiology and surgery to infusion and radiation therapy—was a remarkable accomplishment. However, the true success lies in the ongoing interactions between patients and staff post-opening. Hearing firsthand how the facility enhances their medical journeys and enables the delivery of elevated care underscores its profound impact. This project not only represents a significant achievement from the team I supported but also delivers lasting benefits to a community far beyond our reach.” ? Megan’s experience is a powerful reminder that impactful projects go beyond blueprints and budgets—they shape communities and improve lives. #WICWeek #WICWeek25 #WomeninConstructionWeek2025 #TogetherWeRise
