Pure Project Management is excited to share our role in developing the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, FL! As the primary venue for TGL by TMRW Sports, this innovative arena is designed for golf enthusiasts, featuring a massive simulator screen, dynamic short-game complex, and seating for close to 2,000 fans. PurePM and our partner, Gerrits Construction are providing project management services to ensure the highest standards of quality throughout the development. We’re excited to share the completion of the renovation project at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia’s Behavioral Health and Crisis Center! Our team provided comprehensive project management for this multi-phase ~52,000 square foot renovation within an active hospital spread across multiple floors. The project constructed 46 inpatient rooms as well as an adolescent Crisis Response Center. Navigating the challenges of an over-century-old base building, our careful coordination ensured minimal disruption to ongoing hospital operations. The new space not only addresses a critical community need for mental health services but also stands as a beautiful, functional addition to CHOP’s facilities, creating a space for healing, hope and support. We’re honored to have been part of a project that will positively impact countless lives.

Earlier this summer, our Florida team had the opportunity to volunteer with Orlando Health and Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties! Alongside Orlando Health's team and other external project managers, we came together to paint the exterior of a new home for a resident in Clearwater Together, we collectively completed 120 volunteer hours. Excited to share that the USF Health Taneja College of Pharmacy's new buildout is complete! Mentoring Young Women in Construction (MyWIC), presented by NAWIC Philadelphia Foundation, is a free, construction industry, day camp for 7th through 12th grade girls in the Philadelphia region. The camp is designed to give girls hands on experience to gain better knowledge of the industry and multiple trades. PurePM associates Megan Lamontagne and Paige Dickinson volunteered with MyWIC for the Masonry Day held at Williamson College of the Trades. The students got hands on experience laying materials, gained valuable knowledge such as learning the difference between concrete and cement, and much more! Thanks to Lynne N.
