I am excited to share that a member of my team Ryan King - Assistant Ops Manager, has been recognized as our Pulse Final Mile - Extra Mile Award Winner for October 2024! In, his first leadership role, Ryan has embraced the challenges thrown his was and excelled. Over the past six months, he's not only made an impact at his location but has also been instrumental in supporting some of our newest operations. Ryan is the kind of leader who's always eager to learn, quick to ask the right questions, and unafraid to roll up his sleeves. What has set him apart is his willingness to share his knowledge and experiences, helping others grow alongside him. Congratulations, Ryan! I wish you nothing but continued success and growth as you inspire us all to #DelivertheDifference!

Pulse Final Mile just wrapped up our August All Ops Call, and it was great to see so many new faces. The growth we've experienced this year has been truly exciting. I am looking forward to continued growth, more lessons learned ,and an excellent 2025.

Join me in welcoming Pulse Final Mile’s two newest leaders. Both Wesley Hashimoto and Jay Candler join Pulse with decades of supply chain and logistics experience. These two gentleman will be spearheading our introduction to the great state of Texas. More importantly join me in congratulating Ms. Jewel Mathis for reaching the one year mark with Pulse. I’ve personally gained immense satisfaction sharing Jewel develop over the last 12 months.

Many of you have reached out recently, wondering about our whereabouts. While we missed some exciting events, (The top-tier Best Buy Charity Gala and National Home Delivery Association’s annual conference amongst many others) our team at Pulse Final Mile has been busy building new partnerships and accumulating frequent flyer miles by the thousands. My group lead by Jacob Crets has expanded its footprint and service offerings in Utah, Washington, Alabama, and Southeast Tennessee, all different from our core business and from one another. In just 3 weeks, we've grown our team, gained valuable knowledge, and are planning to duplicate our efforts in the Southwest, Southeast, East coast, and Mid-west within the next four months. My colleague Travis Canga and his team, led by Karen L. Bustamante has been hard at work, completing business consolidation and expansion in SoCal, expanding in Arizona and Colorado, and braving the world of system conversions and integration, all while not missing a beat. I want to express my gratitude to our amazing clients and corporate team members who make everything possible. Thank you to Brittany Garcia , Maria Padilla, Bill Ross, Armando Chavez , Lance K., Rick King , our partners at DispatchTrack (Ramesh Natarajan / Bob Bauer) and the incredible team members (Curtis Harms, Alex Allred, Abril Cruz, Andrew Quinn, Freddy Diaz, Ryan King, Michael Hall, Victor Muruato, Oscar Cortez, DeMarcus McCloud and our carrier partners who support our vision of #DeliveringtheDifference.
