“This isn’t just another community meeting. It’s an invitation to be part of something bigger,” says Brandi Larkin, President of Pulaski County Tribe. “We don’t have all the answers, but we know that the best ideas come from within our community. This gathering is about imagining, experimenting, and setting the stage for what could be.” PCT encourages all residents, artists, organizations, and business owners - anyone who cares about the future of Pulaski County, to take part. Whether you’re an artist, an advocate for local culture, or simply someone who believes in the power of community, your piece of the puzzle matters.
