The Manager of Innovation & Data – Work Ready Oklahoma (WRO) will possess a unique combination of skills as a subject matter expert and practitioner with an acumen to evaluate and drive success and growth within the division. Essential to the position is the ability to provide meaningful information and insights through high-quality, engaging reports so practitioners, program teams, partners and leaders can explore and collaborate to advance system innovation and growth. With a focus on research policy and consulting in self-sufficiency, asset-building, community development and workforce development, the Manager will lead cross-functionally in partnership with directors, peers, and support team members to ensure strong practices and performance in the delivery of the Work Ready model. Accountable for accurate collection (as needed), reporting and analyses of results, the Manager will develop a systematic approach to support data-based decision making for program improvement and communication of successes. The Bilingual Family Support Coach (BFSC) plays a crucial role in Family Expectations Spanish, a healthy relationship and parenting program for low-income, Spanish-speaking pregnant couples, by guiding couples through their program journey with comprehensive support, coaching, workshop facilitation, and resource connection.?This role is a combination of the Workshop Educator and Family Support Coach; the BFSC will??provide guidance and case management, as well as facilitate learning through curriculum-based workshops and educational activities. The BFSC is responsible for initial assessments, structured case management, curriculum reinforcement, promoting employment and financial stability, and supporting two-parent family stability and delivering educational sessions to enhance couples' skills and knowledge.
