PWC Water Construction personnel will be conducting hydrant flow testing overnight at the following locations and times: ? 3060 Gillis Hill Road-4:00am to approximately 6:00am ? Swain Street at Skibo Road- 2:00am to approximately 4:00am. ? 2814 Murchison Road- 12:00 to approximately 2:00am Flow testing should not affect customers, however please note that water from the open hydrants may enter the roadway during flow testing and flushing activities in these areas. PWC Personnel will flush following the flow tests to ensure water clarity. Traffic control measures will be in place. Pedestrians and motorists should use extra caution in the area.
