Hydrant Flow Testing: PWC Water Construction personnel will be conducting hydrant flow testing beginning tonight and going into the early morning hours at the following locations and times: ? Lake Valley Drive at Yadkin Road, 2:00am to approximately 6:00am ? 9570 Cliffdale Road, 12:00am to approximately 2:00am Flow testing should not affect customers, however please note that water from the open hydrants may enter the roadway during flow testing and flushing activities in these areas. PWC Personnel will flush following the flow tests to ensure water clarity. Traffic control measures will be in place. Pedestrians and motorists should use extra caution in the area.
