Ever travel through these rail crossings in Richland, Scioto, Williams or Lucas counties? At this week’s Commission meeting, the PUCO approved over $1.2 million dollars to make these crossings safer. Expect to see safety enhancements, such as active warning devices and circuitry upgrades, completed within the next year.
