Request for Proposals: Asset Mapping Plan for Forsyth County, NC? The Piedmont Triad Regional Council (PTRC) is seeking qualified consultants to develop a comprehensive Asset Mapping Plan for identified census tracts in Forsyth County, NC. This project, funded by the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC), aims to bridge gaps between those with the greatest need and service providers working to make workforce development and supportive services more accessible. The asset map will compile resources related to economic mobility, workforce development, and supportive services across 22 communities in Forsyth County. As one of the most challenging counties in North Carolina for economic mobility, this initiative is critical to fostering equitable change by enhancing workforce programming and strengthening community impacts. Request for Proposals: Comprehensive Equity Assessment of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem The Piedmont Triad Regional Council (PTRC) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a Comprehensive Equity Assessment of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Piedmont Triad region. This ARPA-funded project aims to assess the resources currently available to entrepreneurs and small businesses, identify gaps, and provide recommendations to foster growth and inclusivity. Our goal? Support high-potential, lower-resourced opportunities, and ensure diverse entrepreneurs have access to the tools they need to succeed across the 10-county Piedmont Triad region.
