We are so proud of our CEO, Dr. Luisa Vega, DNP, PMHNP, AGPCNP, for being featured in Duke University's Duke Nursing Magazine! From her courageous career shift after 9/11 to founding Psych Health Associates in 2019, Dr. Vega’s journey is one of resilience, compassion, and service. Her time working at Ground Zero sparked a profound commitment to mental health, leading her to earn both her MSN and DNP from Duke University. Inspired by her experiences with veterans and those in nursing homes, she dedicated her career to mental health and health equity, especially for underserved communities.
