Did you know? Team PSI achieved a PERFECT SCORE on the VA Assessment of their Process Asset Library?Test Management and Operations (TMO) processes! ?? Maturity: The TMO processes scored a 5 out of 5 on the PAL Maturity Model! This means it's highly optimized, well-documented, and continually improving. Here's how it works: The Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Information and Technology (OIT) has a Process Asset Library (PAL) that helps ensure smooth, standardized processes across the organization. ?? What is the PAL? The PAL is a collection of processes that guide how work is done in OIT. It helps the workforce stay up-to-date with new policies and standards. ??? How Does the PAL Improve Processes? The PAL Team regularly checks the processes in this library to make sure they follow rules and are as efficient as possible. They give each process a maturity score (from 0 to 5), which tells us how well it's working—from informal steps to fully optimized processes. ?? Process Maturity Matters: Team PSI understands, the more mature a process is, the better it performs! As processes improve, the quality of services and products we deliver increases, leading to higher customer satisfaction. TMO is a shining example of process excellence in action!
