Congratulations to Christine Schurter on her promotion to Senior IT Analyst! ?? Christine joined Prudential in 2019 as an IT Analyst and has been an integral part of our IT team ever since. From managing complex integrations between Oracle, ABS, and Direct Sales systems to contributing to the 2021 Oracle upgrade project, Christine has consistently showcased her expertise and dedication. Most recently, Christine played a key role in the successful implementation of NetSuite CRM and ERP in 2024, building extensive knowledge of both the platform and Prudential’s business operations. Her hard work and commitment paid off when she earned her NetSuite Certified Financial User certification in August 2024. Christine’s outstanding helpdesk support has benefited teams across Sales, Service, and Corporate Services, and she will continue to provide exceptional support while taking on new IT projects in her expanded role. Outside of work, Christine enjoys hiking with family and friends, spending quality time with her two beloved nieces, tackling jigsaw puzzles, and playing the violin. We are welcoming Ocean Chen to the Prudential family as our new IT Help Desk Analyst! Ocean is a recent graduate of the University of California, Riverside, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. With experience at Matrix One, a robotics-focused startup, Ocean contributed to designing user interfaces for devices. He also honed his technical skills as a call-center representative for Mercedes Benz, where he was the go-to person for IT support. Beyond his professional background, Ocean has worked on impressive personal projects, including an E-commerce website, a Financial Tracking website, and a Pickleball scorekeeping app used by the California Association of Pickleball Athletes (CAPA) during tournaments. When he’s not solving IT challenges, Ocean enjoys playing Pickleball, video games, and music. A talented pianist, he received the Level 10 Piano Merit Honors Award from the Music Teachers Association of California and was invited to perform at their State Convention. His technical passions also include web development, server building, and statistics. We’re thrilled to have Ocean on board and can’t wait to see the amazing contributions he’ll bring to the team! ??

Congratulations to Matt Williams on his promotion to Sales and Service Manager at our Denver, CO Plant! Matt joined Prudential Overall Supply in 2020 at our Colonial Heights, VA Plant, quickly proving his dedication and commitment. In 2021, he made the bold move to Denver to continue growing with the company and be closer to family. His hard work and leadership earned him a promotion to Route Manager in December 2023, and now, he’s stepping into the role of Sales and Service Manager. Matt has become an invaluable part of the Denver team, always ready to step up and contribute wherever needed. Beyond his professional achievements, Matt embraces Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle, from hiking and camping to spending quality time with family and friends. He’s also a coffee enthusiast on a mission to discover the perfect brew—and a newfound fan of Buc-ee’s, where his loyalty may leave you wondering if he’s a regular camper there! Congratulations to Megan Orme on her promotion to Sales and Service Manager at our Colonial Heights, VA Plant! Megan began her journey with us in May 2023 as part of the MPTP program. After completing the program, she transitioned into the role of Route Manager, where she has excelled for the past eight months. Now, we’re thrilled to see her take on this exciting new challenge as Sales and Service Manager. Outside of work, Megan loves exploring the beautiful state of Virginia and often goes hiking with her two beloved dogs, Bear, a Chiweenie, and Slinky, a Dorgi. She’s an adventurer at heart and enjoys discovering new destinations while spending time with friends along the East Coast. Megan is also a proud mom of two—Ainsley, who is studying at Texas State University, and Peyton, who is serving in the U.S. Army. She’s especially looking forward to some upcoming trips, including a visit to Washington, D.C., for the Cherry Blossom Festival and Embassy Day. Join us in welcoming Anish Shah to the Prudential family! ?? Anish is joining our Corporate Services team as Engineering Manager and is the newest member of our Production & Engineering team. Anish holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Cal State Fullerton and recently completed his MBA from Chapman University (Dec 2024). With over 10 years of engineering experience, he’s bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team! Originally from India, Anish moved to the U.S. in 2013 to pursue his education, where he also met his wife, Pooja. They tied the knot in 2019 and are proud parents to their adorable daughter, Roohi, who will soon turn two! ?? In his free time, Anish loves playing cricket (yes, go ahead and Google it! ??), reading non-fiction, and hiking with friends and family. ??? Fun fact: Anish was a radio jockey for “Radio Mirchi” back in India—how cool is that?
