The PRSA of WNC chapter serves members and students around four major hub regions in North Carolina including Asheville, Boone, Hendersonville/Brevard and Sylva/Cullowhee. The chapter also serves PRSSA Chapters at Western Carolina University and Appalachian State University as well as communications students from UNC-Asheville. PRSA is the nation’s largest professional organization serving the communications community with a mission to “make communications professionals smarter, better prepared and more connected through all stages of their career.” PRSA membership collectively represents more than 30,000 members comprised of communications professionals spanning every industry sector nationwide and college and university students who encompass the Public Relations Student Society of America.

The meeting will be at The North Carolina Arboretum and will cover the presidential transition, the year-in-review, and a conversation on our chapter’s 2025 initiatives.
