Can you spare 10 minutes to help a student? Sophie Boucher, a senior journalism student concentrating in public relations at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, reached out with the following request. ******************************* I am working on my Honors Thesis, studying how organizational structures and policies of public relations firms/agencies influence intergenerational workplace relationships within the industry. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your support in sharing a short survey (10-15 minutes) with your members to share their insights and experiences. I also encourage participants to share this survey with their own network, colleagues, and others in their team, department, or public relations firm/agency. My goal is to collect 100-150 responses in order to be able to conduct analysis of both descriptive and inferential statistics. However, the more responses received the better the representation of the public relations industry will be. 300-350 responses of participants will help me draw a more valid conclusion to the study. Their participation is completely confidential and voluntary, and they have the right to withdraw from the survey at any time.
