I learned communications as an a trade. I was educated by and apprenticed with some of the best in the business, made too many mistakes to count along the way, and now manage to pay my bills doing it. There's an easier way that I wish I would have taken advantage of earlier in my career. PRSA offers formalized training to properly research, plan, implement and evaluate a campaign. At the end of the process, you'll earn an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR). On Monday, Oct. 28 at noon, hear from Sacramento PR pros John Frith, APR and Lynn Machon, APR to learn more about the process, the mentorship available and whether it was worth it.
