Wesleyan Investment Foundation, Inc. (WIF) & Providence Place Senior Health & Housing, along with EveryAge are excited to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent. EveryAge, formerly known as United Church Homes and Services, a North Carolina nonprofit corporation, has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Wesleyan Investment Foundation to acquire the portfolio of properties, businesses and assets owned and/or controlled by Westchester Properties, LLC.?The portfolio of assets includes a retirement community known as Providence Place Senior Health and Housing in High Point, NC.?

large campus on Westchester Drive, home to our Independent Living (Westchester Village) and Skilled Nursing (Westchester Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center) facilities, as well as the Providence Place Administrative offices. Our outreach stretches beyond High Point and into the community at large because ministering to the health and well-being of our elder population has no geographical bias. Our goal at Providence Place is to help our residents live well every day. Everyone's needs vary, and abilities change — sometimes overnight, it seems — and that's why Providence Place tailors its offerings to each individual. Providence Place Senior Health and Housing invites you to discover the hidden gem that is Providence Place Senior Health and Housing. Located behind the old mall, their communities—Westchester Village, Westchester Harbour Assisted Living, and Westchester Manor Nursing and Rehab—offer a haven of comfort, care, and vibrant living. From March 11th to March 18th, they will be hosting an art expo at Westchester Harbour. The art expo will feature the incredible works of two talented artists: ??? David Haynes: You may recognize David from his recent feature at the High Point Library. David will once again be showcasing his paintings of churches and will his painting of Wesley Memorial featured. ??? Gayle Lambeth: A talented artist from Trinity, Gayle's exquisite paintings are a true testament to her artistic abilities. Her work has been previously showcased at Pennybyrn and Congdon Yards. She also facilitates an art class in the community. Having drawn inspiration from her travels to Italy and beyond, her art reflects a rich tapestry of experiences and creativity. You are also invited to mingle with fellow art enthusiasts and enjoy refreshments at the “Meet the Artist Day” on March 12th from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Westchester Harbour.
