Built by the Multnomah Athletic Club in 1926 and acquired by the City in 1966, Providence Park Stadium is known today as home to the Portland Timbers and Portland Thorns. This historic stadium hosts about 150 events per year, including professional sports games, concerts, youth camps and business events.
