    Top performers won't tolerate toxicity.? Focus on culture first and hiring second. If your culture is broken, your best people will leave. This will significantly halt your growth, especially in a start-up. A healthy culture looks like:? ?? Creating mutual trust and understanding with team members.? ?? Supporting their lives outside of work and encouraging balance.? ?? Celebrating regular accomplishments and giving feedback effectively. When these are sacrificed, retention rates suffer. Instead of racing to replace those who leave,? Take a closer look at the reasons they're leaving so quickly. Stop the revolving door of employees: 1. Address the root causes of burnout. ?? ? Exhausted employees can't deliver great outputs.? ? Monitor workloads and encourage work-life balance. 2. Create a culture of recognition. ?? ? Recognition breeds confidence and boosts motivation.? ? Celebrate small wins and give timely, specific praise. 3. Encourage open and honest communication. ??? ? You never know when a great idea will pop up.? ?
