Proteovista LLC is a small company focused on technology development using microarrays, microfluidics, and high throughput sequencing. Our SNAP technology allows determination of the complete DNA sequence specificity of any DNA-binding molecule utilizing the massively-multiplexed nature of DNA microarrays. Our most recent developments include high density peptide and aptamer applications. In addition, we offer bioinformatics consulting across a variety of applications (arrays, NGS, ChIP-seq).
