MEET OUR PROTECTORS Ken is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our contact center, ensuring customer experience standards are met. He holds degrees in accounting and business administration from Miles College and is based in our Birmingham office. Ken is married and has 12-year-old twins. He also enjoys cooking in his free time. “I love to explore new ingredients and ideas in the kitchen, finding joy in creating delicious meals while enjoying some good music,” he says. “Cooking for family and friends allows me to bring the people I love together through food. It fosters collaboration, sparks conversations and strengthens bonds, making every gathering a memorable experience.” Ken says he’s most protective of the people in his life, especially his son with autism spectrum disorder. “With support from his village and through continuous education about autism, he has progressed from developmental delays to beating the odds with straight A’s in school,” Ken says. “He is well on his way to becoming a well-rounded young adult, and his journey inspires me every day.”
