One of the things I have enjoyed since joining the radiopharmaceutical field is the incredible sense of community among those who have chosen to work in this space. No matter whether you're coming at it as a treating clinician, from bio/pharma, as a CDMO, or a radioisotope supplier, there's a genuine spirit of 'let's figure this out together and learn from one another'. This was clearly on display this past weekend at the 2025 Global Radiopharmaceutical Executive Summit, where Gina Carithers, UroToday + GU OncToday and the Prostate Cancer Foundation pulled together this cross-disciplinary set of stakeholders to discuss how we advance the field. We covered trial design, regulatory challenges (dosimetry, anyone?), new ligands and targets, isotopes (beta vs. alpha, and even some discussion of auger) and care delivery. Something I'll remember for the rest of my career was serving on a panel with the amazing Drs. Michael Morris, Louise Emmett, Luke Nordquist MD FACP, Munir Ghesani MD, FACNM, FACR, FSNMMI and moderated by Dr. Oliver Sartor (who could clearly have his own talk show.) Thank you Phillip Koo, MD for bringing this to my attention!
