We’re #hiring a Materials Coordinator in Essex, ON! This is a temporary FULL-TIME position with no definitive end date. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Independently plan and execute the operational logistics of materials within the facility. ? Oversee the seamless flow of goods from the moment dry goods arrive to the moment the are moved to production areas. ? Develop and implement strategies to optimize flow of goods processes, storage, inventory, etc. ? Collaborate with production supervisors/managers to ensure production runs efficiently. ? Ensure production schedules align with materials requirements and business objectives. ? Maintain meticulous tracking of inventory levels for materials essential to production. ? Conduct regular counts and coordinate with the purchasing department to optimize stock levels. The successful candidate will have the following experience: ?? Minimum of 1 year of experience in coordinating materials management activities, with a strong focus on inventory management. ?? Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other related field. ?? Possess a valid forklift license or be able to acquire one within the first thirty (30) days of employment. ?? Familiarity with ERP Systems, particularly NetSuite. ?? We’re #hiring a Seed Delivery Driver/Field Technician in the West Ottawa-Belleville, ON! This is a?8-Month Contract?position with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Assist Territory Managers and Representatives with scheduling and coordinating seed drop-offs and pick-ups within the designated territory. ? Ensure customers have a positive experience while receiving their seed orders. ? Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure required signatures are obtained upon delivery. ?
