?? Say Congrats to the Newest Addition to the 2024 Prosper Accelerator Program ?? EJ Lee transitioned from a career in finance and real estate investment to the foodservice and restaurant industry, driven by her passion for cooking and baking. After earning a French Cuisine diploma from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, EJ pursued a degree in hospitality administration from Cornell University. She later joined Bite Inc. in Toronto, starting in operations and eventually becoming the director of product management. Now based in San Francisco, EJ excels in solving customer problems and optimizing the intersection of culinary arts and hospitality technology. Tom Fox, Bite's chief product officer, praises EJ for her expertise and enthusiasm, which contribute significantly to the company's success culture. EJ enjoys exploring the Bay Area's restaurant scene, particularly seeking out oyster deals, and spending time with her partner Stephen and their Shiba Inu, Romi. The #ProsperAccelerator Program is a signature initiative of Prosper Forum that unites leaders in the #foodservice and #hospitality industry to elevate diverse talent by intentionally creating authentic relationships and opportunities for advancement. Transformational leaders in #foodservice and hospitality select exceptional next-generation diverse talent to participate in the year-long program. ?? www.prosperforum.com #ProsperForum #ProsperAccelerator #ABetterTable #Foodservice #hospitality

?????? We are so proud of this group of Accelerators!
”We don't improve culture in comfort." For me, I am thankful that my experiences over these past two weeks proved this quote to be true. First, being nominated as an Accelerator at The Prosper Forum in Amelia Island, FL was an amazing honor and an excellent opportunity to meet hundreds of talented, diverse professionals within the foodservice and hospitality industry. Thank you, Matthew Haller, International Franchise Association, Prosper Forum, for the recognition and I’d like to give a big shout out to Group 9 for being so welcoming! I look forward to working with you all! On Friday, September 6, a second trip back to Florida took me to Franchise Expo South, where the Hispanic Latino Franchise Leadership Council (HLFLC) hosted a session titled, “Mastering Success Through Franchising: An Inspiring Latino Story with Mr. Jhonny Mercado.” To see a room of over 75 people eager to learn about wealth generation in the Latino community was inspiring. The overwhelming majority of people in the room were either native Spanish speakers or bilingual, underscoring the importance of investing in outreach strategies to reach people where they are. I appreciate the support of everyone it took to create these moments and I can’t wait for more. Stay tuned!
