?? Senior Finance and Accounting Lead All Survivors Project (ASP) is looking for a dedicated finance professional to take on a key leadership role in our organisation. This full-time, hybrid position is based in London on a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of renewal depending on funding. In this role, you’ll oversee the financial management of ASP, ensuring strong budgeting, audit preparation, donor reporting, and compliance with financial regulations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and strengthening financial systems, identifying process improvements, and ensuring all financial activities align with donor and governmental guidelines. We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with experience in NGOs or grant-funded organisations. Strong knowledge of accountancy principles, financial reporting, and budget management is essential, along with the ability to communicate complex financial information to a range of stakeholders. Experience with institutional funders such as USAID, the EU, or the UN would be beneficial but is not required.
