We have an exciting opportunity to work a part time hybrid schedule as the Community Relations Specialist with an awesome team at Prospect Heights Park District! We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent written and oral communication skills and relationship-building abilities. They will report to the Marketing & Communications Manager and be responsible for the management of the sponsorship program in addition to creating positive messages through electronic newsletters, social media, and community events. This is a part-time, year-round IMRF pension eligible position, potential hybrid schedule, for 20-30 hours weekly.?The position will primarily be working during daytime hours, but there will be occasional evening and weekend hours based on the needs of programs and events.?The employee and immediate family residing at their residence are eligible to use Park District amenities at no charge (pool, fitness room, gym, golf, etc.) and receive discounts on recreation programs or group lessons. All potential employees must successfully complete the required background checks as a condition of employment.
