I met Mike Linton almost two decades ago, when we were both part of the CMO network, M50. This 'club' was limited to the top 50 CMOs in the world, including those from Coca-Cola, MasterCard, HP, Nike, even Apple. As the super-successful CMO of Best Buy, Mike deserved to be there. On the other hand, I merely had the distinction of being the first CMO of the City of New York, which made up for my supreme lack of experience. But Mike saw something in me and became my marketing sherpa. And we stayed friends ever since. Years later, when Mike launched his podcast series, CMO Confidential, he invited me to be a guest and we had a fun conversation about the crazy jobs I've had with the New York Yankees, Mike Bloomberg, running a small agency in New York City, and starting and growing Props. "Show Up. Win." Malcolm Mead Jr. joined Props as an intern after graduating from Union College. He was among the first people to join our company and he quickly rose up the ranks, due to his supreme analytical skills and his unparalleled work ethic. When we asked Malcom how he became a state champion skier in high school, he said simply, "Show Up. Win." This has become our mantra at Props. Living this simple phrase every day is why Malcolm has been promoted to Director of Media and Business Intelligence at Props. Congrats, Malc!!!

Previously, Quinn worked with renowned publishers like The New York Times, NBC News, Real Simple and Popular Science. She graduated summa cum laude from the S.I.
