This is how you turn a transaction into a relationship... Such a great example below. My wife's Aunt Sarah passed away last week. She was such a wonderful, crazy, loving woman. So my wife needs to buy a black dress for the services. She goes to a rather nice store at the local shops and talks with the clerk. She buys a moderately priced dress and later that evening receives this email below, expressing their condolences for her loss. And she responded with the next email. My wife was really moved. She will forever be loyal to that store.
