Meet Louise, Principal Consultant! Louise brings decades of expertise in the claims and insurance industry to Propellint, along with extensive technical understanding of various claims systems.
Louise was thrilled to bring this expertise to the team, joining a group of knowledgeable, hardworking staff dedicated to their projects while working together to achieve client goals. In fact, that’s what Louise loves most about her role as Principal Consultant: working with clients to meet their needs, providing best practices to help them make the best decisions for their business, along with the claims application training required to sustain success.
Success is all about communication and organization, she says. If you’re not organized, you won’t be on time with project deadlines or responses, and communicating with clients on what you’re doing and where you’re at in the process is vital to build trust.
Trust, and a true dedication to excellence, is evident across the Propellint team, Louise notes. As she states, they are “the best of the best in knowledge, experience, and willingness to assist.” More, she is proud to be working with such a talented team that comes together to not only meet but also exceed clients’ expectations. Outside the office, you’ll find Louise reading murder mysteries, enjoying sci-fi and fantasy flicks, and traveling to new and favorite destinations – she especially loves exploring historical areas.
