Meet Chelsea, Principal Consultant at Propellint since August 2024! One of the newer team members to come on board, Chelsea was excited to work with such an experienced team at the top of their game and share her own unique knowledge to help achieve customers’ business goals. Her extensive skillset spans the gamut of tools and systems in the workers comp industry, including ImageRight and WCXP. She’s proud to have several large-scale projects under her belt with each carrier she’s worked with including converting software to new platforms and implementing new bill review vendors and claims payment interfaces. One of those projects included developing and implementing a retention policy for a carrier, enabling them to purge two decades worth of old documentation in order to free up space and potential liability concerns. With each project came more experience, and the drive to grow in her career. So when it came to making a change, she says, “I’d heard great things about Propellint and knew I had to be there.” At Propellint, she is proud to build upon her team’s reputation for excellence, ensuring communication, quality work, and educational growth at all times. In fact, one of her goals for 2025 is to get certified in another Institutes course. When she’s not working with carriers, Chelsea is exploring local mom-and-pop cafes! A true coffee fanatic, she loves finding new coffee shops and testing out the best lattes in the city. And while she’s sipping on that latte, she’s kicking back and watching a zombie or superhero flick. “Many people don’t know I’m a closet nerd,” Chelsea says. “Zombie movies, apocalyptic movies, comic books, and especially sci-fi flicks. The Fifth Element is one of my all-time favorites.”

Meet Ambili, Principal Consultant! One of the first to join Propellint at its inception in 2020, Ambili brings three decades of technical know-how, including business analyst and developer experience exclusive to the industry. Her dedicated focus on claims software brings added value to a team backed by a strong combination of skills, from front-end sales and customer care to back-end development. This deep well of expertise is what drew Ambili to join Propellint, having worked with many of the staff in prior roles and appreciating the high level collaboration amongst them. “We’re trusted to get the job done independently and as a team, and we get it done right,” she adds. ? Having worked with and learned from so many experts over the years, Ambili was proud to draw on her extensive skillset to successfully complete a full EDI implementation on her own – a great accomplishment and feather in her cap. When she’s not growing as a Principal Consultant, she’s growing as a bookworm! Ambili loves to read, and is a big fan of Audible, adding more than a dozen novels to her bookshelf in 2024.?
