The Problem: A global procurement organization, following a recent redesign, needed to redistribute roles and responsibilities, outline new processes, and implement new ways of working. Due to the confidential nature of the changes, only senior directors were engaged in decision-making, leaving the broader organization to adopt the new model once finalized. The challenge? Aligning leadership and preparing the organization for a smooth transition to its future state. ? Propeller Approach: Propeller partnered with the organization to build a scalable, effective operating model. We conducted a current-state assessment, facilitated role and responsibility alignment workshops, and developed strategic communication plans to support the transition. A collaboration toolkit was created to establish working principles and engagement strategies, helping team members integrate effectively into the new structure. ?? Value Delivered: Propeller’s facilitation enabled the leadership team to confidently finalize the operating model and introduce it to the organization.
