Tomorrow, I head to DC to visit?Case Architects & Remodelers. I've been fortunate and privileged to have many learning opportunities, but this trip will be one of the highlights of my career. I'm honored—as part of the Fred Case Entrepreneur of the Year Award, our team was invited to sit with and learn from the Case team about how they do business. And, we get to attend their annual all-hands meeting! This is the generous spirit of our industry. We share and learn from each other because a rising tide lifts all boats, and a fractured, disparate industry like remodeling and design, which creates the spaces that shape our personal lives—an industry filled with caring, innovative, and hardworking people—deserves all the lift it can get. I'm headed to Case with our design studio manager,?Julia Vandal, and our development manager,?Bridget Bacon.
