From concept to execution to post-production, the long-awaited workflow combining artificial intelligence and human creativity is finally here for architects. Mariana Cabugueira Custodio dos Santos shares her latest project: KSA MicroLiving Airport, #SaudiVision2030, a visionary initiative that merges?AI and digital-craft in architecture. #AI image generation has always felt surface-level when used in Architecture—candy—with the sole purpose of a visual sugar rush, leading to dead ends and, let’s be honest, perpetuating the digital candy hangover of AI-generated #architecture. That rush would fuel the architect to pre-conceive Design. Getting back into 3D, we architects live the inevitable first disappointment in realizing that the new geometry cannot reach the sweetness level of the AI pre-concept, and the second disappointment, that in no way was AI capable of?sugarcoating the new architecture's true geometry without deforming it to a level of unrecognition. This was until now.?AI has found its way into the post-production of architectural design with reasonable fidelity to the input geometry.? We had the pleasure of meeting ArtVerse, a cultural house where #digitalart and community seamlessly converge. Located in the Marais district of Paris, ArtVerse is a #digitalartgallery and #Web3 cultural hub founded by BORGET Sebastien and Arthur Madrid, co-founders of The Sandbox, and directed by Grida Jang Hyewon , a first-generation digital and #crypto art curator.? Guided by the motto “URL to IRL,” ArtVerse exhibitions bridge the gap between digital art and traditional fine art, fostering connections between artists and communities while strengthening the authenticity of the Web3 ecosystem.
