    Last week, The Promowise Elgin team had the privilege of partnering with The Ruth Project, a remarkable local charity dedicated to providing critical resources and ongoing support to foster and adoptive families. Their mission is to end the modern-day orphan crisis by offering practical provisions and fostering a community of hope and dignity for children in the foster care system. Through The Ruth Project’s Storehouse, families receive essential items like clothing, toys, and equipment, all while supported by mentorship, training, and a sense of community. The organization's commitment to creating long-term success for families is truly inspiring. It was a fun afternoon, taking some time away from the daily grind to help support such a special place in our community. We look forward to partnering with the team at The Ruth Project again soon—including participating in their 2025 Foster Fundraiser Walk to help raise awareness and support for foster children and families!     What feels like a short year ago, I shared my excitement about joining Promowise. Looking back, I can confidently say it's been one of the best decisions of my career. What an incredible year of growth, challenges, and achievements!     ?? Last week was a fun one as we welcomed our newest Promowise team members! As I watched Sean and Ryan navigate their first days, I couldn't help but smile, remembering my own journey here not too long ago. Being the "new rep" comes with its mix of butterflies and excitement - from discovering a new city for some of us (our HQ??) to mastering our systems. But watching them dive in with such enthusiasm and relentlessness reminds me exactly why they are going to fit right in with our team! It's been so rewarding to share the little tips and tricks I've picked up along my own path, seeing them transform from "new reps" to valued teammates that are already making a huge impact. Internally, we have all said that it is refreshing and we cannot be more excited about Promowise's future. Here's to watching each of their unique talents unfold and the amazing contributions I know they'll make to our team! ??     Want to make sure your clients are taken care of? My two cents is best thing you can do is take care of your team and it trickles throughout every engagement, both external and internal. It isn't just to highlight the lack of my basic math skills, but in this case 1+1 really does = 3+. We wrapped up a great week together (not even the cold FL weather could stop us from enjoying a great time at Disney and on the golf course!) and were fortunate enough to celebrate hitting what seemed like crazy goals a year ago.
