    My favorite part about seeing how quickly Promowise is growing is by far the people. Clients that have given us a shot as a new vendor, and then seeing that grow into trusted partnerships based on the results it has driven for them. Same for our growing team. Having a group that has bought in and taken a hands on approach to help shape the success has been an amazing part of the story so far! Lucky to have you all leading the charge Rick Zagone, Esto Vazquez, Kyle Darling, C.J. Gregory, and Matthew Lawless. Today is another exciting day as we get to welcome an overall great person and one of the absolute best in the space, Kyle Lima! Official welcome on board as our newest Account Director, and excited to kickoff the next chapter.

    Time flies when you are having fun! Huge congrats to Ben Ellis for 1 year at Promowise.... wild how quickly it has gone and also how much of a positive impact you have made in that year.     Working with 1000's of demand marketers over the years, the very best are dialed in on their internal process to set their programs up for success vs hoping for the best. One very actionable observation - they have their internal scoring model and systems top of mind when building their campaigns. Before investing in a program, knowing exactly how you can get the most out of it can absolutely make or break how sales, executives, and the broader team view the investment. Zeroing in how things like seniority (have seen 20%+ swings in what seem like minor differences like Manager vs Director level targeting), ABM lists vs net new, content promoted, verticals and other surface level targeting can produce huge shifts in conversions for marketing teams AND the sales teams buy in and follow up on programs based on what comes through. Do the work upfront, and the payoff can be a much more predictable and cost effective way to get a huge boost out of your programs with any vendor.

    Results are not easy to come by, so adding key parts of our business and keeping our clients results top of mind is a major priority for the Promowise team! Our core focus continues to be built around our unique competitive intelligence intent data as well as building on our client feedback of having the highest deliverability, contact rate, and pipeline conversion for content syndication programs. With that, we are thrilled to welcome on board our new Head of Product, Data and Engineering Rob C..
