Marilyn was admitted to River View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after experiencing multiple falls at home, leading to an L1 compression fracture and a decline in her ability to perform daily activities. Upon admission, she faced challenges with both mobility and completing her ADLs (Activities of Daily Living). Marilyn made incredible progress through her determination and daily participation in skilled therapy, focusing on improving functional activity tolerance, mobility, and ADLs. Thanks to her hard work and the support of our therapy team, she regained her independence and was able to return home confidently and safely! ????
