What does your product do, what problem is it solving, and who is it for? - PromoShare is a software solution for sports and entertainment brands to incentivize local fans to promote events through organic content. PromoShare is faster, more authentic, and less expensive than current methods, and enables teams to: 1. Recruit & activate communities of fans to promote events 2. Incentivize fans to create content on their social channels 3. View & track all content and sales stats 4. Reward top performers 5. Rinse & repeat! ?? What led you to start building this company? - We saw firsthand the struggles that sports, event brands, and agencies fought with the lack of innovation and the inability to easily engage fans as ambassadors or content creators. They were overspending on out-of-market impressions, had inadequate reporting, and had low conversion rates. Recognizing this gap, we saw an opportunity to leverage the power of authentic fan voices, enabling our clients to save time, grow engagement, increase fan loyalty, and boost revenue. ?? What brought you to Techstars and what are you most excited about during the program? - The timing is perfect as we are currently doing business with some major pro-sports teams and we’re eager for continuous learning and growth. What excites us the most is the wealth of knowledge and guidance provided by staff and mentors to help bring our company to the next level. ?? What is your big vision for PromoShare? - Our big vision is for PromoShare to be the solution for all brands with passionate fans. ?? How did you meet your co-founders/team? - Raymundo and I met back in grade school and ventured into careers within the tech and entertainment/marketing industries, respectively. We reconnected later in life, inspired by our personal experiences and the shared aspiration to build a tech-driven company in the sports and events world.
