For eleven years, David Gates, MHA has been dedicated to the Elgin Fire Department. During Fire Prevention Week 2024, he took a day to educate students at a local elementary school about fire prevention and safety. Our Community Service Days allow our team members to dedicate a full day to meaningful causes in their communities. David's efforts this year focused on teaching kids the importance of smoke alarms, closing bedroom doors, and using fire extinguishers properly.
