Are our constructs of leadership equally suited to good vs evil protagonists? Does leading mean the same things for a Hitler or a Mandela? If so, are those constructs sufficient for guiding our development and loyalties? Otti Vogt has an initiative that he has called Leadership For Good. Prometheus grappled with the question of good results vs results, the sufficiency of followers.as a criteria, and other themes in its work on the Prometheus leadership Framework. Joseph Hanna, in his book on building and running a technology business, asserts that 'job one' is to build the culture as you build and scale the team. We could not agree more.
